Cancellation Policy
When you or we may cancel an order, and what happens next.

1. Customer-initiated cancellation
- You may request cancellation before the order is dispatched by contacting us with your order number.
- Once handed to the courier, cancellation is generally not possible; you may refuse delivery (return-to-origin charges may apply) or follow the Refund Policy for eligible cases only.

2. Our right to cancel
We may cancel an order if:
- The product is out of stock or discontinued;
- Pricing or product information was listed incorrectly;
- We cannot verify COD orders or suspect fraudulent activity;
- Delivery to the provided address is not feasible;
- Payment authorisation fails (for online payments).
In such cases, any amount paid will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.
3. Refunds on cancellation
For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, refunds are initiated within 5–10 business days. COD orders that are cancelled before dispatch simply do not ship; no payment is collected.
4. Partial cancellations
Where an order contains multiple items, we may cancel only the unavailable items and ship the rest, with an adjusted refund if prepaid.
