Refund & Return Policy
Our policy on returns, replacements, and refunds for fragrance products.

Because fragrances are personal care / cosmetic products, we maintain a strict hygiene policy while honouring valid consumer rights under Indian law.
1. Non-returnable (hygiene)
Opened, used, or unsealed perfume bottles and gift sets with broken seals are generally not eligible for return, except where the product is defective or damaged on arrival.
2. Eligible cases
- Damaged in transit — bottle broken, leakage, or packaging crushed with product damage.
- Wrong product — item received differs from the order confirmation.
- Manufacturing defect — verified defective product (spray mechanism failure, etc.).
Please report within 48 hours of delivery with order number, clear photos/video, and unboxing evidence where possible.
3. Return process

- We verify the claim and share return / pickup instructions if approved.
- Products must be unused, with original packaging and batch labels intact (for wrong-item cases).
4. Refunds
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method or as store credit, as agreed.
- For COD orders, refunds may be issued via UPI/bank transfer to the account you provide.
- Refund timelines: typically 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return (or approve a no-return refund).
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a damaged shipment.
5. Replacements
Subject to stock, we may offer a replacement of the same product instead of a refund.
6. Change of mind
We do not accept returns solely for change of mind, scent preference, or allergic reaction once the product is opened. Please review fragrance families and descriptions carefully before purchase. Patch-test guidance: spray on clothing or a tester strip first if you have sensitive skin.
