Shipping Policy
How we pack, dispatch, and deliver Aroma House orders across India.

1. Serviceable areas
We ship across India to addresses with a valid 6-digit PIN code. Remote locations may experience longer transit times.
2. Processing time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) after confirmation. COD orders may undergo phone verification.
3. Shipping charges
- Flat shipping of ₹49.00 applies below the free-shipping threshold.
- Free shipping on orders of ₹999.00 and above (MRP subtotal).
- Shipping charges, if any, are shown at cart and checkout before you place the order.
4. Estimated delivery
Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and courier capacity. Festival periods and extreme weather may cause delays.
5. Tracking
Where available, tracking details will be shared by SMS/email/WhatsApp after dispatch. You can also contact us with your order number.
6. Failed delivery & address errors
Please ensure your address, phone, and PIN code are accurate. Failed deliveries due to incorrect details, unreachable phone, or repeated refusal may incur re-shipping charges or cancellation as per our Cancellation Policy.
7. Packaging
Fragrances are packed to minimise leakage and breakage. If a package arrives damaged, refuse delivery or contact us within 24 hours with photos of the outer packaging and product.
